- Don’t take insurance unless you count the cards.
- Split 8s and Aces. Dealer’s cards are not important.
- If dealer's up card is a 10, you may continue hitting until you get at least ‘17’.
- If dealer's up card is a 10, hit soft 17.
- Hit hard 12, but if dealer has a 2 or 3 or 7.
- If Ace-Ace or 8-8, always split.
- 2-2 or 3-3, always split if dealer has 2 through 7 otherwise make a hit.
- 4-4 always split if dealer has 4 or 5, otherwise make hit.
- 6-6, always split if dealer has 2 through 6, otherwise make hit.
- 7-7, always split if e dealer has 2 through 7, otherwise make hit.
- 9-9, always split if dealer has 2 through 6, 8 or 9. Stand on anything else.
- Never split, if have 10s.
